Using of Cleo:
1-Press 1 for a little while to open the weather menu.
2-Press TAB+E to change your player
3-Press F10 for widescreen.
4-When you have knife press G to throw knife
5-When you are on bike Press G to throw grenede.
6-Jump from very high to fly.

Some more imp. tips:
1-Always keep your visual fx quality low.
2-If you don't like the game's graphics then delete the file name d3d9.dll
